Single manufacturing facility with a peak of c.90 staff in South Africa, and distribution partners in the US, UK, Europe, Asia and South Africa.

3. Managed installation, start-up and steady running of key equipment

4. Optimised most capex-intensive product division, increasing output significantly above specification

5. Upskilled the workforce (Blue and White Collar)

6. Co-developed world class, internationally food-safe certified facility

The factory achieved Safe Quality Food (SQF) international certification within the first year of operating. As a management team, we built a premium pet treat facility that supplies retailers around the world, whilst ensuring operational break even, and continued growth.
